Literature is separated mainly into poetry, prose and drama. Poetry uses various artistic elements, such as rhyme or rhythm. Those, by who is poetry written is called poet. Contrariwise, prose and drama are rhymeless text. Prose can be sorted according to it’s range into novel, amendment, narrative etc. Drama is created via monologue and duologue and is used in speakies, movies or radio broadcasts too.
I like reading very much. Books are in many ways better than films.
Story in book is mostly described in much greater details, so it could be better understood than from film. When one reads a book, he has to be more concentraded, than when he watches a movie. Imagination of main characters, places where storyline develops etc. is created by himself. Everything of that is served straight to us in movies. So it seems to me that because of that is reading a book more personal, than watching films, although I like films very much, mainly because of visual perceptions and effects.
I like non-fictional, sci-fi and fictional literature.
The book which impressed me recently is 2001: A Space Odyssey by Arthur C. Clark. The book has been written in 1968 and picturized in the same year by Stenley Kubrick.
The main characters of this book are Moon-Watcher, Dr. Heywood Floyd, David Bowman, Frank Pool and the HAL 9000 computer. The plot is initially placed in prehistory, where mysterious monolith causes evolution of rational skills of anthropoids. The plot is then transfered to year 2001, when Dr. Floyd discovers the monolith on the Moon. So this book actually treats about the voyage and the evolution of man kind.
Fjodor Michajlovič Dostojevski, Anatole France or Karel Čapek ranks among my favourite writers.
Because I can’t afford to buy many books, I go to library.
Fortunately, here in Frýdek-Místek the library has big selection of books, so it happens only occasionaly that I will not find a book, which I would want to read.
It’s good, that I can borrow a books, because that way I can find out, if is some book really so interesting, that it’s worth buying.
Naturally, I read mostly a literature in Czech language, but I enjoy reading of foreign literature too, concretely in English. So one will not only discover a story, but, at the same time, improves his foreign language too. That’s great.
But books doesn’t provide reading only. At time, they are a strictly aesthetical experience. They can have a nice cover, an arrangement or a nice illustration. And besides, new books have a really nice scent!

The Beskydy District, my town/village
The Beskydy, the largest protected landscape area in the Czech Republic, is situated in Northern Moravia. I like very much The Beskydy District because of beautiful nature. In my childhood I often walk especially on Lysa hora with my family and friends. We arrived to Ostravice by train and from there we walked on the top of the mountain. There were always only few tourists so we could enjoy of calm. Up to present day I go on Lysa hora. Visalaje are very nice too. I was there during summer holiday last time. I spend weekend with scouts who camped in tents. There are calm and many blueberries. There are many pubs and restaurants too. So you can take a cup of tea or food there.
In my opinion The Beskydy District are most beautiful in winter, because I love snowy scenery and skiing. I go to sky especially on Bila, Zlatnik and Palkovice. I like Pustevny, because there is funicular. There are ice statues each year. This is very popular event. Staying in Beskydy can be of a nice experience.
As regards my town, I live in Frydek-Mistek. This town was founded in 1943 by connection Silesian town Frýdek and Moravian town Místek. Urban river is called Ostravice. Frydek-Mistek is focusing on mechanical industry. This city profits thanks to automobile factory Hyundai. Petr Bezruč stayed in our town for some time. He worked at post in Mistek. I lived in part of Frydek at one time, but I moved to Mistek with my family. In my opinion it is quite nice town. I like very much local library, for example. There are many books, very nice atmosphere and very pleasant personnel. In this library even do lectures with travelers, journalist and so on. I also started to like local tearoom. There are delicious teas and especially Arabic bread with cheese and olives. However, I think that our town should have a big cinema. In this way we must go to city of Ostrava. In our town is also much of polluted environment and this is really bad. But yet I feel good in this town. I was born there and so I am used to living there. However, I must say that I would live in the larger city someday.

My opinion about vegetarianism
In my childhood I didn´t eat meat. I didn´t taste beef, pork and so on. However, I liked fish and chicken at any time. I considered if is eating of meat right or not. When I was about 12 years old I regretted animals which were killed for food. I even cried for this. But I didn´t solved it. When I was about 16 years old I felt physical wrong when I only had a look at meat and then I took the view that connected with my psyche. I had to imagine all the poor animals. So I gave up eating meat. I must say I felt very good. I found out many greatly vegetarian meals, for example broccoli with orange glaze and couscous with cheese!
But after a year I reappraised my opinions. I concluded that killing of animals for food is natural circulation of life. So I eat meat again. Up to the present day I´m disgusted with large-scale breeding where animals die with pains. The chickens are doped of antibiotics to grow up quicker. They live in very small space too. People from a company have larger earnings because of that. That is very nasty. Unfortunately I don´t know if I buy meat from large-scale breeding or not. I don´t agree with testing of cosmetics on animals. It seems to me a little bit excessive. I don´t like when animals are killed so that people could buy fox coat or shoes from snakeskin. I put down as vain.
So I eat meat now but I still love broccoli with orange glaze and I prefer vegetables, fruits and so on. In conclusion I want to say that I don´t like when vegetarians taunt with people who eat meat and conversely. I concede just well-meant discussion.
